What to expect afterwards?

• Discomfort may vary from person to person and depending on the nature of procedure carried out • Place an ice bag on the cheek to reduce swelling • Avoid taking hot foodstuffs for 24 hours. Take soft foods for a day or two. • Over the counter Pain-killers may be required. De- sensitizing toothpastes and mouthwashes may be used. • Brushing and Flossing on the surgical area may be delayed according to the procedure carried out, and follow the instructions as given. Other areas may need to be brushed gently. • Dietary restrictions, if any given, may need to be followed
