(This old 'faulty' bridge was made by some other dentist. This elderly patient was not keen for a replacement of the faulty bridge and/or supportive periodontal treatment. She just wanted a repair of the chipped area. The patient was educated on the importance of maintenance of good oral hygiene around prosthesis)

(The metal surface was first etched using intra-oral sandblaster after placing retraction cord. Metal primer for metal bonding, metal opaquers to mask metallic colour, silane for ceramic bonding and light cured composites were used to repair the chipped out porcelain area to match with existing porcelain)
